Station 1- Burpees


Station 2- Push Press


Station 3- Dips


Station 4- Hill Climbers


Station 5- Broad Jump





Each station is 1 minute long, transition immediately from one station to the next without rest. Rest for 2 minutes after completing all stations. Repeat for three rounds.
