Renegade Rows

Push Press

Move through exercises performing the reps 21, 15, 9. Look to increase weight/intensity as you move through reps.

Round 1: 30 seconds each

Round 2: 45 seconds each

Round 3: 60 seconds each

Round 4: 45 seconds each

Round 5: 30 seconds each

No rest from one exercise to the next. Rest one minute after completion of each round.
