Fight Gone Good?


















First, the workout:

Fight Gone Bad

Burpees
Kettlebell Swings
See Saw Press
Overhead Squat
Jumping Lunges

Spend one minute at each station completing as many reps as possible. Rotate to the next station after one minute without rest. Rest for 1 minute after completion of all stations. Repeat 3 times


Then, we shall play!
