Dice and a Countdown

Dice Relay

1's Lunge Jumps x 10
2's Prisoner Squats x 10
3's FREEBIE
4's Burpees x 10
5's Push ups x 10
6's Step ups x 10


On go one person from each team runs to dice and rolls once. The number corresponds to the exercise to be performed. When finished the exercise, run back to team so next teammate can go. Each person will run through three times.

Rows
Thrusters



Starting at 10 or 12 perform a countdown (reps) with the four exercises above. You will perform 12 reps of all, then 11 reps of all; all the way down to 1 rep of each. Once finished record your time.
