Pretty plain in name but not in performance.
We started with some ladder work to get the juices flowing.

Overhead Lunges
Jump Squats
Perform 21 reps, 15 reps and 9 reps for each exercise.
We won't be focused a lot on time, but we will be weary of our rest periods. The main focus here is on form, and load intensity (heavier weight).
