Stabilization with Explosion
Good form on both stabilization and explosion!

Weighted Jump Squats
Push up variations
Band Straight Arm Pulls or Rows
Kettlebell Swings
Side Plank with leg lift (each side)
Side planks were surprisingly the toughest- looks like we have an area to focus on- lateral movement.
