Did some strength moves to start: Assisted pull ups and Push Press

then...

50 Jump Squats

40 Goblet Squats

30 Kettlebell Swings

20 Lunge Jumps (each leg)

10 Tuck Jumps

25 Burpees with Push up

10 Tuck Jumps

20 Lunge Jumps (each leg)

30 Kettlebell Swings

40 Goblet Squats

50 Jump Squats
