Partners Paradise

Each partner performs:

50 DB Snatches each arm

40 Push ups

50 Jump Squats

30 Hanging Leg Raise

50 Kettlebell High Pull

20 Burpees with Push up

50 Kettlebell Swing (or Straight Arm Band Pulls)

10 Broad Jump (or Tuck Jump)

50 Jump Switch each leg
