In less than two days, the Iron Tamer will be in the Northeast Kingdom. I only hope we are ready for him:)

Kettlebell High Pull x 30 seconds
In/Out Push ups x 30 seconds
Kettlebell High Pull x 30 seconds
In/Out Push ups x 30 seconds

Four rounds

Goblet Squat x 30 seconds
High Knees x 30 seconds
Jumping Jacks x 30 seconds
Burpees x 30 seconds

Four rounds

Push Press x 30 seconds
Split Squats x 30 seconds

Four rounds

Planks 3 1 minute sets

Could these workouts be used with a dumbell,don;t have kettlebell?

could a person follow these daily workouts and get results?

Do you perform these workouts everyday?

Yup you can use a dumbbell. Yes you can absolutely follow these workouts and get results. I don't post the entire workout but if you did what is on the blog, you most definately will get results.

I would perform these workouts three times per week.
