Inverted Row
Burpees
Renegade Rows
Squat Press
Romanian Deadlift
Russian Twist
Get up Sit up
Jump Squats
Push ups

Perform each exercise for one minute then rotate to the next without rest. Move in this format through all ten exercises. Rest for one minute.

Complete 3 rounds.
