Fitness Camp December: Week 3 Day 2

Round Robin and Run + Strong to the Core and a little extra for Newport







Strong to the Core



Side Plank Left x 20 seconds
Side Plank Right x 20 seconds
Prone Plank x 20 seconds



All planks make up one round. We completed five rounds





Round Robin and Run



1 lap (50 Jumping Jacks St. Johnsbury)
10 Push ups
15 Sit ups
20 Squats



Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes





Time Trial (Newport)
1 lap in fastest time possible (1/10 mile)

Cindy 37 seconds
Mick 32 seconds
