A little late, but here is what we did Thursday and Friday of last week:
Strong to the Core + Round Robin and Run
Strong to the Core
Side Plank x 20 seconds
Side Plank other side x 20 seconds
Prone Plank x 20 seconds
Hold each position for 20 seconds before transitioning to next position. When transitioning keep your knees off the ground. We will try to hit five sets without allowing the knees to touch the ground.
Round Robin and Run
2 laps (50 Jumping Jacks for St. Johnsbury)
10 Push ups
15 Sit ups
20 Squats
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes
