Fitness Camp October: Week 1 Day 1

The first day of camp is always an exciting time. It often marks the starting point for many on their journey to rediscover their desire for something better. These are times that we will never forget

Kettlebell Swings/ High Pull
Dips



Using tabata protocol we will expand upon this and double the work and rest time to 40 second work intervals with 20 second rest intervals for eight straight sets. Your score is the least amount of reps you can get in the eight sets.
