Hearts- Chin to Knees


Diamonds- Lunges


Clubs- Dips


Spades- Kettlebell Swings


Joker- 10 of Each Exercise


Ace- 11


Face Cards- 10


3's- WILD choose your exercise perform 15 reps





Two Teams- Team works through deck to finish before the other team.





Loop Run- 3 laps
