Fitness Camp St. Johnsbury: Session 1 April/May

Welcome Back to another session of Fitness Camp! We hope to get outdoors this session and take in as much fresh air, sweat, and tears (of joy) that we can muster!

Round Robin and Run + Partner Competition

Partner Competition

Burpees
Dips

In partners perform each exercise for one minute counting repetitions. At the end of performing both exercises compare total repetitions. Conduct a scaled rematch by having the partner whom lost the initial competition get a head start by starting with the reps they lost by.

3 laps
10 Push ups
15 Crunches
20 Squats

Perform as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes
