Kettlebell Relay
3 Teams- Run to kettlebell perform 15 Kettlebell Swings
Upon finishing sprint back to start; next person in line sprints when person ahead of them finishes swings
Repeat for two rounds

Run 2 laps
Broad Jump Burpees x 50 yards counting number of reps ( the number of reps will determine the reps you perform for the rest of the workout)
Step ups x Broad Jump Burpees (BJB)
Jumping Lunges x BJB (per leg)
Squat Jumps x BJB
Run 2 laps
Step ups x BJB (per leg)
Walking Lunges x BJB (per leg)
Sky and Ground Squats x BJB
Run 2 laps
Complete 1 round for time
