Fight Gone Bad + Tabata Push ups

Tabata Push ups (all camp veterans have progressed to standard push ups- on your toes. Those with * are kneeling push ups, for now).

Kettlebell Swings
Dips
Sky and Ground Squats
Jumping Pull ups

One minute per exercise rotate through exercises without rest. Once a round is complete there is a two minute rest. Move through exercises three times counting total reps.
