Dakota's Destiny

Perform 1 minute rounds of:

Kettlebell High Pull
Jump Rope
DB Thrusters
Sit ups
Push ups
Jump Squats
Russian Twist
Hill Climbers
Burpees

Rest 2 minutes between rounds. We will attempt to do at least two. Three if time allows.
