Fitness Camp September: Week 2 Day 2

A Mini Gasser + Fight Gone Bad

5 Burpees


10 Squats


Complete as many rounds as you can in 5 minutes





Fight Gone Bad


Station 1 Burpees


Station 2 Kettlebell Swings


Station 3 Dips


Station 4 Prisoner Squats


Station 5 Chin to Knees





Each station is 60 seconds long. Complete as many reps as you can in 60 seconds before moving to the next station without rest. At the completion of all five stations, there will be a 2 minute rest. Go through all stations three times.
