Fitness Camp October: Week 1 Day 2

Tag + Deck of Cards

Deb and Lynn inspired by eachother pump out some standard push ups! A tremendous improvement from day one!

We played two games of cards:

Game one rules


Hearts- Chin to Knees
Diamonds- Step ups on each leg
Clubs- Rows
Spades- Push ups
Ace- 11 reps
Face Cards- 10 reps
Joker- 10 of each exercise
3's- WILD Choose your exercise perform 15 reps



Each person in group will draw card and perform own exercise. Work as a group to finish the deck as quickly as you can.





Game 2:
Everything is the same except: The first Joker drawn automatically doubles every card value (repetition value) until the next Joker is drawn, where the reps return to normal.
