Dips
In partners perform each exercise for one minute counting reps. At the end of one minute switch exercises continuing your rep count. At the end compare total repetitions. In the rematch the loser of the initial contest gets a head start by starting with the deficit they lost by.

20 Squats
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes (previous best in parenthesis- previous routine was performed with two laps)
